Text Links

A web page term. A hyperlink between web pages can take many forms such as side menus, top menus, image maps and so on. But hyperlinks can also take the form of a 'text link'.

A text link is a word or sentence within a body of text that if clicked will take you to another web page location.

A site such as Wikipedia makes heavy use of text links. You normally recognise them as being a different colour to the rest of the text. Perhaps they may also be underlined, but not always.
